  1. Hello, Mr. , I’m glad to have the chance to contact you~., My reparative family and friends hope you are interested, and take this controversial Employment & discrimination case, for excellent compensation and benefits.

Reeves jr vs. Texas et al,

These are the facts are the facts I am using. If you handle this kind of civil case, respond and I will send you a copy of the letter I’m using, with pictures of the Servitude sanctions.

#1.The State of Texas, and the participating states, enabled with ‘biomedical science’ , are accused of employing myself from a young age with too difficult of a job.

#2. The defendants could very well have been fined recently.(BP) I have actually been legally alleging stuff like ‘attempted manslaughter’, andchemical/Toxic exposure.

#3. The defendant states have unionized, and continue to inflict Irreparable damages, and let they’re attorneys handle it if i can get an Attorney firm.

#4.This multiple Sanctioned discrimination might be called Dna cloning without informed consent.1(979-2013)

#5. I am the person depicted in the Juan jose ruiz, a good physician,1984 sanction on Ross sterling street at TMC in Houston.

#5.The defendants have federally attempted to steal the compensation.(1997-2013).

#6 I am in emiserable medical condition .

#7.The defendant are apparently going to catch a sex case, and are liable for enabling sex genetic engineeringsex criminals.

  4. I have been working for this employment company for 27 years and about 13 years ago a manager got hired as my manager. He demonstrated animosity towards me.
Several years prior to him being hired I had been a juror in this case and this manager resembled him, however his name did not sound familiar.

After several years and some small hints I know for sure this man is the person myself and other jurors found him to be guilty and was going to be sentenced.

I have spoken to several people including human resources and I seem to think they are going to keep it confidential.

I recently had a stroke due to his behavior towards me and he has constantly tried to find something I did wrong. but he could not find a cause because prior to him being hired I always received great reviews..

      1. After having a stroke I went out on mental stress due to the unfairness in my job and awareness that the manager is the man I had served Asa a juror and found him guilty of molesting children.

The workmans compensation had me evaluated, I was questioned of many things from 9am- 5pm after the questioning the girl hands me a paper to sign, tells me that,s what you get when you don’t have an attorney I was so tired I didn’t,t read what I signed.

        I didn’t receive a copy of what I signed.

After she left I read an envelope and she was a forensic attorney.

  5. I’m working under a manager who I am sure I served as a juror and found him guilty of a crime. Hea has given me a hard time since he has been employed by the company, I need to consult with an attorney .

  6. Work mans compensation sent they said it was a Dr. However when they were questioning me it was more of an interrogation. The women left and the girl walked in by herself to ask me questions. I got up and said maybe I need an attorney and she got mad and said you are wasting my time. I’m going out to talk to Dr Wilbur and she came back in and said lshe wants me to go on. I thought what could harm me. She was more like interrogation she was rapidly asking me questions and asked me to fill out a true or false questionnaire while she was asking questions so we won’t waste time. She started questioning me from 9am-5pm and filling out a questionnaire at the same time she was degrading me when I wouldn’t answer the right questions. I was so mentally exhausted I wasn’t thinking of the answers.
I know I gave a lot of wrong answers I asked her what are you going to do with all this information, she said I’m going to give them to anybody that wants this information. She appeared angry all the time she was questioning me and at one time she started talking like slurring and I looked up at her and she had her mouth open with her tongue twisted it appeared like a person who is having a stroke. After she was leaving she told me to finish that questionnaire and I only had 2 hours to finish, she came back in for me to sign a paper and said that’s’ what you get for not having an attorney.
I didn’t get an attorney because I thought attorneys are only if you are going to sue. This was so cruel, is this retaliation for filing a workers compensation. I was going to so much stress at my job, My stroke symptoms had started at work.

  7. I just got hired in from an agency, on January 9th, felt sick of the stomach and 20 minutes before the end of my shift, started to vomit combined with intestinal discomfort. My supervisor told me to go see a doctor, which I did and got some medicines. symptoms continued over the weekend, when I went back to work on Sunday night. supervisor sent me home and told me to bring a doctors notice. Brought doctors excuse for Sunday night and Monday night. went back to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night. Friday morning I was told I was been terminated for missing too many days. Do I have a case of wrongful termination? what else can I do?

  9. Hello, Yesterday I was laid off. While in the office of the HR representative discussing my severance package she advised my boss to go to my desk and retrieve my bag and my cell phone. After the discussion my boss returned back to the office with my stuff. I was then escorted out of the building. Once I got to my car I looked in my bag for my cell phone and noticed that my cell phone was reloading. My cell phone was placed on a hard reset which not only did it cause me to loss valuable, irreplaceable pictures of my family and my deceased mother I also lost several other documents. My boss actually did a hard reset to my cell phone. I think she did this to erase several text message of us discussing poor management of the company. Is this legal? Do I have a case?

    1. Hello Ms Dunning

First I would like to apologize for the delayed response as we are right in the middle of moving locations and our access to reply to web comments has been extremely sporadic so again I apologize for that.
The cell phone in mention, was it a personal device or one issued to you by the company?
Thank you for taking the time to contact us, we look forward to hearing back from you. Please feel free to email us directly at info@lawfirmoc.com with your reply.

      Warm regards
